a few years ago i had my first spaghetti squash experience. loved it. then some how totally forgot about what an amazing vegetable this is! fast forward a few years, go over to c's sister's house {❤ jkl} and they had made spaghetti for us... but instead of noodles they used spaghetti squash. oh so good!!!!!! even the little one couldn't tell the difference {although i did do half noodles half squash} but this is an easy switch that still gives you that spaghetti craving your having without the carb guilt. next time your at the store grab a few. preheat oven to 350 f. cut squash in half , sprinkle with salt and peper. bake cut side down for about 30-40 minutes. once baked run a fork through. voila!

totally freaked out!!! i had never seen this before!! The problem is that I don't know how we call this in Spain, but I want it!!!!!
